You don’t want to be kept in the dark about how your matter is going. Ensuring that you are aware of the progress of your matter is our priority. Therefore, we commit to meeting the following service standards for our clients:

  1. You will be able to communicate directly with the lawyer handling your matter – meet our lawyers, John Poole and Philip Davis.
  2. We will return phone calls within four working hours.
  3. We will respond to emails within twenty-four working hours.
  4. We will send you a proposed plan of action within twenty-four working hours of meeting with you.
  5. We will advise of any material developments concerning your matter within twenty-four working hours.

Public notary​
A public notary is able to witness signatures and certify copies of documents for use overseas. This includes personal documents, such as birth and marriage certificates, and university transcripts, or commercial documents such as company incorporations and loan agreements.
Executor's Commision​

As an executor of an estate, you may be able to claim costs for your efforts. We’ll guide you in preparing and submitting your application, and take care of the accounts and statements you’ll need.
