Our Costs

In a world of uncertainty, we offer fixed fees on a range of services including:

  1. Wills
  2. Enduring powers of attorney
  3. Conveyancing
  4. Certifying and witnessing documents as public notary
  5. Trust and superannuation deeds
We will work out what your requirements are and give you a fixed quote. We won’t exceed the fixed quote and try to pass the cost on to you. That doesn’t mean we will compromise on the quality of our service. And if you ask us to do additional work, we will discuss with you and send a new quote. Of course, we can’t provide a fixed quote on some matters, particularly litigation as the outcome is unknown. However, we will tell you the likely cost for each component of a litigated matter so that you can budget as the matter progresses.

More of our services

Public notary
A public notary is able to witness signatures and certify copies of documents for use overseas. This includes personal documents, such as birth and marriage certificates, and university transcripts, or commercial documents such as company incorporations and loan agreements.
Estate Accounting
We specialise in preparing detailed and accurate estate records, ready for submission. If you’re acting as an executor, this can make all the difference during a complex process.
